4. All prices stated in our blogshop are FIXED and, STRICTLY NON-NEGOTIABLE. We have our standard profit margins, we do not provide further discounts due to fair basis to all valued customers. Everyone pays the same.

5. ALL SALES are FINAL. No changes will be entertained for any reasons.

6. NO REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES allowed. Purchase at your own risk!

7. International Buyers are most welcomed. Email us for the respective charges. We send using Registered Mail by Pos Malaysia.

8. We only provide POSTAGE services. (Postage via Pos Ekspress and Poslaju.) Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs.

9. We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE in damages or losses upon delivery, during shipment.

12. Postage is done on WEEKDAYS only.

14. We will inform you ASAP once your parcel is posted out, we have no other further responsibilities to track your parcel's where about or tells u when will your parcel will be arriving. (the responsibilities are forwarded to the post office and the postman IN YOUR AREA to when your parcel reaches to your destination.) We provide tracking numbers upon request.

15. After payment, we take 2-3working days to proceed your orders, informations regarding to when your parcel will be posted out will be provided after acknowledgement of receipt via email. Restock Items usually takes approximately 2 weeks due to our hectic schedule.
